Republic of Finland Debt Management Annual Review 2016

The mission of the State Treasury is to secure the funding for the Finnish central government. In 2016, the State Treasury raised EUR 16.7 billion on international capital markets. Finland’s central government debt was EUR 102.35 billion at the end of 2016, or 47.7 per cent in relation to GDP.
